Description of Problem:
If I try to start mozilla mail from the 'launcher' (bottom left corner of
mozilla), it either does not start at all, or if the window appears, it is
totally frozen. If i launch mail from the kicker (->internet->mozilla mail
either 'send' or 'mail client') it runs fine.

How Reproducible:
open mozilla, try to start mail from bottom left corner. when it fails, start it
from the kicker.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open mozilla
2. try to start mail from bottom left corner
3.
Actual Results:
either does not load at all, or shows basic window but is totally frozen and
useless.
Expected Results:
run mail client.
