Description of Problem:
Whe I log out and try and log in as a diffrent (or same) user the cursor for 
my mouse appears below the point on the screen that activates buttond. Also 
when the cursor reaches the bottom of the screen there is a screen corruption 
untill the cursor moves beyond the edge.

How Reproducible:
Every time on my system, Have not yet tried it on other systems.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ARK linux and set up several users.
2. Log out the current user
3. Notice the mouse/screen problem described above

  Computer is am IBM Thinkpad AP30. ATI mobility Radion with a Microsoft 
optical USB Mouse.
