Description of Problem:
I usually build all of my rpms as my regular user instead of as root to save
from destroying my system if something goes wrong during build. Unfortunately,
since updating to rpm 4.0.5, I cannot build as arklinux, rather, I need to
build as root. (That in my book makes this a high severity bug.)
