Please ensure that you are using atleast Alpha 10.1 Since I see that these are all posted by the same person. Im also going to recommend that you check your drive and make sure that the install drive (rom) is not giving you extranious read errors all over the place. Problems like you have mentioned can be result of a bad rom drive or a bad ISO.
