Description of Problem:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Alpha 10.1
Extra-Software ISO

How Reproducible: Acquire Extra-Software ISO and install software from CD

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Extra-Software ISO and burn image to CD
2. Insert CD into CD-ROM
3. Select packages for installation
4. Execute installation routine

Actual Results: Software installs and then when Synaptic is run it reports
proken packages

Expected Results: Extra-Software CD should check apt db to see if software on CD
is older or newer than software already installed on computer and resolve
dependencies accordingly
