Ok, I think I've figured out what went wrong.
You didn't modify your apt sources.list to use the dockyard-devel tree, and 
for some reason kynaptic thought packages can be "updated" to dockyard.

Next time, please edit /etc/apt/sources.list before running kynaptic, and 
replace "dockyard" with "dockyard-devel".

Let me know if something still goes wrong.
