Regarding the new methodology behind a SYSTEM install with multiple
disks - While it's a very nice proof-of-concept, I think it's a bad
idea to force all attached disks into an md device. I think it should
definitely be an OPTION we offer in the installer.. but it's got quite a
bit of potential for creating unnecessary complexity in repairing
problem systems.

Example.. in the midst of trying to convert my athlon 64 machine from 32
bit to 64 bit, I inadvertantly installed a custom kernel over the
2.6.9-3ark kernel.. and the mkinitrd failed. In attempting to fix this
(I didn't notice it when it happened),
it took a good deal of guesswork to figure out how to get md0 populated
from the install CDROM's environment. (I"ve not dealt with software
raid much).

Obviously it doesn't create any problems we can't handle, but it does
create a new level of complexity that will likely come back to haunt us.
