I have no idea what's causing mail.arklinux.org ircd to fail; nothing changed 
there except for the IP address (no software updates or anything, just a new 
IP address -- quick and not really educated guess: ircd miscalculates 
something and thinks it's a broadcast address or something).

As for c64 (and build64 and build-athlon), they're on my home DSL connection, 
and it looks like the telco kicked that -- there's little I can do about that 
from here (I'm in Shanghai until December 17), but I'll try getting my 
parents to go there and check what's up.
