Xampp Should be Added to Arklinux server and the repo

This project gives user a custom web based interface to control all of
xampp. Xampp come packaged together with php+perl+mysql and several other
things. The best part about it is that it has its own constrol panel that
makes it easy to use and install apache and its counter parts. I hadn't a
chance to look at packaging it nor will I more then Likely have the time
but I thought I would drop this here. It works on both windows and linux
which is a plus. Users who already use Xampp on windows can easily
transition to arklinux server.
