Hi all, I recently got a wifi pcmcia card (DLW-G650+) wich needs ndiswrapper to work correctly in linux (ac1xx drivers don't support WEP atm). With the kernel shipped by arklinux loading the ndiswrapper module hangs the system. This is caused by the kernel stack size set at 4k (CONFIG_4KSTACKS). This turns out to be a problem with most of the card supported by ndiswrapper as stated at http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/index.php/FAQ Actually I'm running a 2.4.10 vanilla kernel with CONFIG_4KSTACKS turned off and the card works correctly. Should ark linux kernel be build with this option turned off? Do you (bero?) see any big disadvantage with this solution? greetings, s
