Arklinux Rsync

It appears as though ftp.arklinux.org is not rsyncing. Since I havn't had much of a successful response from the dev team, Im just curious if the server is not rsyncing, or if you guys have disabled the rsync again. If this is not the case then I will have to get one of the developers to take a look and see why we are not getting rsyncs again.
