Kernel problems

Hey guys. I can't seem to get my computer to respond to the latest kernel. It's the 2.6.10 kernel that we have. When I try to update all my information, it won't respond. Heck, it won't even respond to my keyboard! I have a Micro$oft keyboard with a Logitech ball-less mouse. Here's my hardware details: - 1.5 Gig Athlon XP processor - Biostar Motherboard - A 20 Gig and a 40 Gig Western Digital hard drives - A nvidia G-Force 2 Ti video card. - A Soundblaster Live! sound card. I am using the version of Ark right before the big migration (I think it's 10 or 11). ---------- Jason A.
