No. Not at this time, Arklinux requires a bootable cd-rom. At some point
there was a way to create a boot disk however, at this time that
information is no longer avaliable and arklinux requires a bootable cd-rom.

I have a floppy disk image for older machines that only boot off floppy
disks or hard drives. It will allow you to boot off USB key or CD with
smart boot manager.
