I tried and it works, but I had to upgrade Pipewire to a recent version; I use Debian stable so I backported Pipewire from the unstable packages. My lazy way to ensure than Pipewire always use Jackd for input and output I disable the Pipewire profiles of all devices (using the pavucontrol gui). Jackd must be started with jackdbus (I use QJackCtl).
