Yes, exactly. A simpler formula and a proof that it always gives the
minimal delay.

As mentioned in our talk and in the paper, we are for sure not the
first ones to come up with this, but we might be the first ones that
bothered about publishing it.

If anyone knows any other literature/web/codebase references, please
post them here!
