Honestly I just (still) mostly use qjackctl with its 'traditional' 
connection window. It seems with my set-up that pipewire (audio) 
connections are shown, including bluetooth when it's plugged in together 
with jack and alsa clients. I am on an arch-based distro and the Arch 
wiki [1] on the topic has been very useful as usual. I do have installed 
all of the pipewire-related packages (pipewire-alsa, pipewire-jack, 
pipewire-pulse) which I think provide good coverage. For example 
pupewire-pulse actually replaces pulseaudio-bluetooth.
