Yes, of course!

I should have offered more details:
It's still linux-show-player I want to use. And it is for a show, where 
everything but one single cue goes through standard stereo out. It's the 
one cue I want to use another output for. That's why changing the 
default is not what I want…

Yes, using IDs might be a good shortcut to make things easier…
But I wanna configure that a single time to last at least the next two 
weeks to use it on the show…

I don't think, those IDs are permanent…
