openSUSE tumbleweed (jack not installed, only pipewire):
$ rpm -qf `which jack_transport`
jack-example-tools-1-1.11.x86_64

UbuntuStudio:
$ dpkg -S `which jack_transport`
jackd2: /usr/bin/jack_transport
