ToneShiftEQ v0.3.0 — First public release

I'm happy to announce the first public release of ToneShiftEQ, a modern=20
12-band equalizer designed for precise spectral shaping, mixing,=20
mastering, and corrective audio processing.

ToneShiftEQ is available as a standalone application, LV2 plugin, and=20
CLAP plugin.

It provides two processing modes for different workflows:

=E2=80=A2 Master Mode =E2=86=92 Perfect linear-phase response with 128 sam=
ples latency=20
for precise mastering and critical processing.
=E2=80=A2 Live Mode =E2=86=92 Zero-latency processing with slight phase de=
viation,=20
optimized for real-time use and live performance.

For CLAP builds, both modes are available as dedicated plugins:

=E2=80=A2 ToneShift-EQ12M
=E2=80=A2 ToneShift-EQ12L
