I took a little self imposed break from the wonderful world of computers for the holidays. That error appears on the Sun Blade 100s as well. Disabling DMA (ide=nodma) makes it go away, but I'll be damned if I know exactly what causes it. On the SB100, its not safe to run with DMA enabled, but I had an AXi machine for a long time that I never disabled DMA on (but then again, I never saw that SABRE error on it).
