FC 3 updates recompiled for Corona

We (rathann and rzm) at ICM try to compile all the FC 3 updates to have usable
Corona systems. Thanks to ChJ we also have libraries for 64-bits gcc.

Most of the updates are ready. Thee following file shows state from few weeks
ago:

The packages are not tested except that we use some of them on some 3 machines
at ICM (E450 and smaller Ultras).

The SPECS.* subdirectories may be not up to date for newest packages.
