Cross-environement

Hi people, i would like build a cross-environement on my pentiumIV machine
for to be able build a package for sparc32 system, someone could point me to
some info how-to doi it?

I have a sparc station classic, but it's so slow to compile, if i get the
cross-ambient on my pentium4 system, i think the developement is to fast
