Yeah. This is a bug. It really depends on which way the wind is blowing as 
to whether the Aurora 1.0 kernel will work on the SB100 or not. The IDE 
controller only has worked reliably in Linux very recently, 2.4.21-pre5 
and higher.

Passing ide=nodma via: 
boot net linux ide=nodma

may help things, but it may not. I don't have this as a "must-fix" until 
the next release of Aurora, but if public opinion is fervent enough, I can 
always spin a 1.1 with a newer kernel.
