Argh.. this is getting annoying. Ok, I've tried removing the other two HME's, so it's just the on-board HME. Same thing.. all I have to do is something that TRANSMITS a lot of information (this is a new thing i've noticed.. - just do something that spews a lot of info such as rpm -qa or untar a kernel, and *poof* reset.) Spot - the patch you referred me to before (on bugzilla) isn't on sparclinux.net any more... do you happen to have it? Any other ideas? A random aside question. .the two cards that I pulled out.. One has the 10/100 NIC and FastWide SCSI, and the other has the 10/100 NIC and a MII interface.. are they both Happy Meal cards? Jeremy
