Aurora 2.0 new install on Ultra1

I just installed Aurora 2.0 to my Ultra 1 with 256M with only a false start for badly burned CD. Burned at 4x and that went away. The system is hanging in the interactive boot initializing swap. does it very consistantly. It's also incredably slow.
