You need to download the firmware patch from Sun. You can find it on
sunsolve.sun.com. Select desktop, then Ultra 10. There will be a link
to the latest firmware patch, which is 106121-18. The patch comes with
installation instructions. Basically you need to boot from a special
file.

There are three ways to do that:
- Put the file in an UFS filesystem
- Burn the file to a CD-ROM
- Put it on a jumpstart server

The last one is my preferred method.
