Hi all. I'd just like to thank Hugh for his considered and insightful analysis of this issue. It's very easy for any one of us to get 'head down and bum up' in a debate and not take the time to pause, think, and appreciate the bigger picture. I have at times been as guilty as anyone of losing sight of objectivity and focusing on individuals rather than on what we are collectively hoping to achieve, but I would like to think that I have matured to not do that, and perhaps others might do that too.
