Package: pcmcia-cs

pcmcia-cs has a dependency on XFree86.  This is fine for the LNX-BBC,
which includes XFree86 anyway, but for someone who would like to build
an X-free system, it means excluding pcmcia-cs.

Suggested fix:
 - Make pcmcia-cs not build xcardinfo, making the dependency
   unnecessary.
 - Create a new xcardinfo package which uses pcmcia-cs as a SOURCEPKG,
   and builds only xcardinfo.
