Our bug tracking system lacks the "Download as mbox" feature that, for
instance, the Debian bts has.  Given that these are both debbugs, I
think this is probably a difference in configuration.  It would be
nice to have it, so that a person (for sake of argument, let's call
this person "Me") could have easy access to other messages associated
with a bug.  For exapmle, if Me wants to reply to a specific existing
message, but was not originally Cc'd, having the mbox makes this easy.
