bug#411: New kernel

Just now Ed Neidhardt made 15 LEDs in my apartment flash with this:

Builds of the cvs STABLE branch from http://www.lnx-bbc.org/builds/
are still using the 2.4.19 kernel.  Builds of the HEAD branch, which
has the new kernel, are available from
http://www.movealong.org/builds/
