That's is a pretty non-standard distribution media for free software
source code.  Unless you can find a URL to something more standard,
preferably a tarball, I don't think I can help you.  I've looked
around IBM's website, and done a variety of google searches to try to
find an official distribution point for this driver that I can use in
a GAR package.  It appears to me that the only distribution point
outside of that ISO image is the source that's distributed with the
kernel.
