bug#376: BUILD: build host's curses.h

Package: gcc

When GCC is built, it takes certain header files from /usr/include
which it deems "system headers", processes them with some fancy sed
and awk gubbins, and stick them in its private include dir which ends
up in $(build_prefix). Even though it is not strictly necessary on
GNU/Linux systems, it includes curses.h in this set of headers because
on some systems which GCC supports, it is a system header. The
presence of the munged curses.h makes subsequent ncurses builds fail.

The general miseducation of the population of the United States has led to a
reassertion of simple platitudes as political discourse.
