You can get yaboot to load from the OpenFirmware prompt, but the init ramdisk is still having problems. There seem to be some alignment problems in the kernel which are triggered by busybox's mount command, and so even though the kernel detects the cdrom drive, mounting fails and linuxrc drops to a shell. I've updated busybox (was 0.60.3, now 1.00-pre2) and got a smaller config. I don't know if it contains a workaround for the alignment problem. Ideally though, we should see about getting a kernel which doesn't have this bug. -Nate -- --< ((\))< >----< [email protected] >----< http://www.movealong.org/ >-- pub 1024D/05A058E0 2002-03-07 Nate Riffe (06-Mar-2002) <[email protected]> Key fingerprint = 0DAC F5CB D182 3165 D757 C466 CD42 12A8 05A0 58E0
