cloop missing from bbc-2.1-with-sources.tar?

I'm still working on this issue (a quick search of the archives hasn't 
yet revealed anything) but it appears that the souce tarball is missing 
the cloop stuff.

Here's the md5sum of the tarball I'm using:

832a633b7a873cd6276e0ffe9744c3f6  bbc-2.1-with-sources.tar

but the make build eventually fails with...

*** GAR GAR GAR!  Failed to download download/cloop_0.67-2.tar.gz!  GAR GAR GAR! ***

(I'm using sneakum's chroot to build on a machine that is not set up for CVS network access, hence the use of the source tarball).
