Updates to the BBC that i got to work #1

here is the list of stuff i did to get rxvt, hackedbox, and bzip2 up
to the latest versions and working:

Changed GARVERSION for the Makefile in: lnx-bbc/X11/rxvt to 2.7.10
changed GARVERSION for the Makefile in: lnx-bbc/X11/hackedbox to 0.8.4
commented out the make -C $(worksrc)/epist clean line in
post-configure in hackedbox make file
changed GARVERSION for the Makefile in: lnx-bbc/archive/bzip2 to 1.0.3
changed MASTER_SITES for the Makefile in: lnx-bbc/archive/bzip2 to
http://www.bzip.org/1.0.3/
commented out the PATCHFILES for bzip2

and of course deleted the checksums file in each respective folder and
did a make makesums

after that you should be able to compile with no other problems.
