Complete builds (with updates)++

Here's the list for this round:

had to change the MASTER_SITES for netcat to:
http://www.vulnwatch.org/netcat/
symantic seems to have hijacked the site that was there,
and now sends you a junk file of the same name you ask for :-/

updated version name for archive/cabextract from 0.6 to 1.1

updated version name for archive/cpio from 2.5 to 2.6

changed PATCHFILES version for archive/pax from 1.5-13 to 1.5-15

no problems what so ever with this batch of updates :-)
