checksum error net/becker-ethernet/download/isa-diag.tgz

I've encountered a problem building from the STABLE cvs tree.  
Checked it out yesterday and updated this morning.

The build fails with a checksum error on 
  net/becker-ethernet/download/isa-diag.tgz

If I cheat and change the checksum in net/becker-ethernet/checksums
to match what's downloaded, the compile of isa-diag.tgz fails.  My 
guess is that something has changed in the package and that it needs 
maintenance.
