Booting to floppy first?

I cannot seem to configure a system to boot to the CD
rom, and I thought lnx-bbc's site had instructions on
how to create a floppy boot disk to point to the CD
rom drive (can't find it now...)?  How do I do this?

ps. I can successfully boot to lnx-bbc on another system.
