IRQs 14 and 15 are reserved for used by your IDE adapters.  However
since some motherboards only have one IDE chain it may be that one of
these IRQs is either marked available for use when it shouldn't be
(check your CMOS), assigned to automatic use by your PCI channels (check
your CMOS), or available as a jumpered option on a fairly new card to
your system (either PCI or ISA).  Video has its own interrupt so it's 
verrrry unlikely to be the culprit;  ethernet are especially suspect
but it could be anything after that.

When was the last time your system was booting safely?  Maybe there's
some clue in that.
