Release of bluez-libs-3.20 and bluez-utils-3.20

Hi Folks,

this is an update release of the new stable versions of the Bluetooth
library and the utilities. This release fixes various bugs in all
supported services and also contain the first attempts to optimize the
SBC encoder.

All package maintainers that enabled the GStreamer plugin should update
to this release. It fixes the problem with applications crashing on
files with zero size due to a bug in the file type detection.
