Release of bluez-libs-3.21 and bluez-utils-3.21

Hi Folks,

this is an update release of the new stable versions of the Bluetooth
library and the utilities. This release fixes various bugs in the audio
support and provide a direct way to use GStreamer as backend.

The A2DP sink support of the GStreamer plugin is still experimental, but
worth to try out. It can be installed in parallel with the ALSA plugin.
