Release of bluez-libs-3.22 and bluez-utils-3.22

Hi Folks,

this is an update release of the new stable versions of the Bluetooth
library and the utilities. This release is fixing the brown-paper-bag
issue from the previous release. The audio support should be now in a
more stable state. Please test it.
