Release of bluez-hcidump-1.9

Hi Folks,

I released the 1.9 version of the hcidump package. Mostly this is only a
bugfix and cleanup release, but it also contains the first bits of an
AVDTP parser.

The sources can be found under http://www.bluez.org/download.html
