Release of bluez-libs-2.8 and bluez-utils-2.8

Hi Folks,

actually this is a small update and bugfix release of the Bluetooth
library and the utilities. But it is needed to work with the upcoming
HIDP kernel boot protocol mode support of Linux 2.6.8-rc1. An updated
-mh patch will follow as soon as possible.

The dummy SDP library is now removed and projects that are using BlueZ
must update their build environment.
