Release of bluez-libs-2.10 and bluez-utils-2.10

Hi Folks,

I released new stable versions of the Bluetooth library and also the
utilities. These releases contain only bugfixes and the only important
change should be the unaligned access on non i386 platforms.

For the package maintainers these versions should make their lifes much
easier, because I integrated mostly all of their patches and made some
more stuff optional. Since every distribution I saw used with their own
version of the init scripts, so I made the installation of our default
ones optional. Compiling with debug information is also disabled by
default.
