Release of bluez-hcidump-1.11

Hi Folks,

I released a new version of the hcidump package. This version contains
the new hex output from Till Harbaum and I removed any includes of
headers from asm/*. I am not quite sure if I did everything correct for
the RFCOMM part so I like to see reports from people with big endian
machines testing this new hcidump release.
