Release of bluez-hciemu-1.1

Hi Folks,

I released a new version of the hciemu package. This release should be
the unexpected one of this year. Actually I never thought about doing
any further work on the hciemu program, but it might become again very
helpful for the testing of new HCI features where the hardware is still
not available.

At the moment only a very limited set of HCI commands are supported and
there is still no emulation for the inquiry. However setting the device
name and the class of device is now supported. It is also possible to do
some funny tricks with the features and version information:

Without any modifications to the source this will only show a Qualcomm
device with normal Bluetooth 1.1 features.
