Release of bluez-libs-2.25 and bluez-utils-2.25

Hi Folks,

I released new stable versions of the Bluetooth library and also the
utilities. These releases are updating a lot of SDP related stuff. They
include Apple and Nokia N-Gage specific attributes and records.
