Release of bluez-hcidump-1.29

Hi Folks,

I released a new version of the hcidump package. This version adds full
support for obfuscating BD_ADDR, pin code, link key and the vendor
specific commands and events. Use the -Y command line switch to see how
it works. It also improves the binary and text string decoding for SDP
records.
