Release of bluez-libs-3.2 and bluez-utils-3.2

Hi Folks,

this is an update release of the new stable versions of the Bluetooth
library and the utilities. All of the changes are mainly bug fixes, but
they should close some serious race conditions.

These suppose to be released before the Ottawa Linus Symposium, but I
was too busy. However I still consider it the OLS release.
